Our Guild operates out of the Textile Arts Studio 2nd floor Richmond Cultural Centre.

- Community Outreach (COC) – we gather in our studio to work on donations and for informal learning most Monday and Friday mornings September to June
- UFO/Open Studio – we work on any projects and UnFinished Objects while sharing ideas most Thursday mornings and two Saturdays a month from September to June (one Saturday in July and one in August)
- Monthly Meetings – usually the fourth Tuesday of the month we gather as a guild for presentations, Show and Tell and meeting with each other from September to June. These meetings are usually held in the Creativity Lab in the Cultural Centre Annex.
- Workshops – We hold one or two Saturday workshops in the fall and also in the spring, usually in our studio.
