The city of Richmond enlivens our public spaces with beautiful banners. When these banners are refreshed yearly there is still a lot of life in them. Some banners make their way to the guild where members make them into reusable shopping bags. Guild members love to make something old into something new.
Bags can be purchased from the Steveston Museum on Monction Street or via a request through Contact Us. Proceeds are used by the guild to help us buy batting and other supplies for our charity quilts.
